changing the value of Control word into Bit information related with
Device operation command using the values of Bits 0~3 and Bit 7.
For example, Controlword must be 0XxxxF(xxxx xxxx xxxx 1111) to
become
“Operation Enable” FAS state in the table below (in the case
of No. 4 Transition).
