System Mounting
In order to adapt the SBOX-5002 for mounting Kontron offers different mounting solution such as:
SBOX-5002 configuration with a desk stand kit for vertical or horizontal installation on the desktop as desktop
unit
SBOX-5002 configuration with a wall mount kit for vertical installation on a wall / other support surface or inside
a custom enclosure / machine
SBOX-5002 configuration with a VESA mounting kit for vertical installation on the back of a monitor, on a wall /
other support surface or inside a custom enclosure / machine
7.1.1.
Desktop Installation
SBOX-5002 is supplied with a desk stand kit (Figure 9). The kit consists of two stand brackets (Figure 9, pos. 1) with
plastic clips (Figure 9, pos. 3) attached on each and four screws (Figure 9, pos. 2).

To install the SBOX-5002 please proceed according to the steps described:
1.
Align the clip holes on the desk stand brackets (Figure 9, pos. 4) with the holes on the chassis.
