CONDITIONS: this device is guaranteed for two years from the purchase date, which is proved by
a document released from the dealer. The document must show both name of the dealer and the
sale date.
The present guarantee does not influence the rights of the consumer that derives from the directive
99/44/CE, which deals with some aspects of the sales and of the warranties of the consumers
goods. The consumer can claim the mentioned rights only with his own vendor. For guarantee
is intended the free replacement or repairing of the defective components, resulting from wrong
manufacturing.
The Manufacturer may decide to replace the product, if irreparable or frequented breakdown of the
same nature should occur. The guarantee on the new item will be valid until the end of the former
contract.
Guarantee does not cover defective parts, which ineffectiveness is the result of negligence in using
the product, (non-observance of the operating instructions), wrong installation and maintenance or
maintenance operated by non-authorized personnel, handling damages and all the circumstances
that can be attributed to wrong manufacturing. Guarantee does not likewise cover the installation
and cabling operations, and the routine maintenance indicated in the instruction booklet.
The fluorescent tubes are not included in the guarantee (for products provided of), and in all cases
of improper use of the product. It is the client responsibility to check the good condition of the
fluorescent tubes ( if included) before purchase.
Euroequipe s.r.l. is not reliable for possible damages to people, animals or things, deriving from
the non-observance of the precautions indicated in the instruction booklet, and in particular of the
directions relevant to installation, use and maintenance operations.

The cost of the shipping to Euroequipe s.r.l. will be at the client charge, as it as the risks during
the transport to Euroequipe s.r.l., these costs and risks will be at the Service Centre charge when
re-sending the device to the client.

IMPORTANT: This product conforms to EU Directive 2002/96/EC.
This appliance bears the symbol of the barred waste bin. This indicates that, at the end of its useful
life, it must not be disposed of as domestic waste, but must be taken to a collection centre for
waste electrical and electronic equipment, or returned to a retailer on purchase of a replacement.
It is the user’s responsibility to dispose of this appliance through the appropriate channels at the
end of its useful life. Failure to do so may incur the penalties established by laws governing waste
disposal.
Proper differential collection and the subsequent recycling processing and environmentally com-
patible disposal of waste equipment avoids unnecessary damage to the environment and possible
related health risks, and also promotes recycling of the materials used in the appliance.

or the shop from which you purchased the appliance.
Manufacturers and importers fulfil their responsibilities for recycling, processing and environmen-
tally compatible disposal either directly or by participating in collective systems.
