TRAP MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Before carrying out any maintenance operation, disconnect the device from power
mains.
- Remove device base and the protections (FIG 3).
- Clean the electrified grid and all the other trap parts using a dry brush.
Perform cleaning operations every 15 - 30 days, or even more often if the electrified
grid is fully covered by insects.
ATTENTION! TO CLEAN THE DEVICE, DO NOT USE WATER
SANDOKAN ATTRACTANT INSTALLATION
Sandokan QUAD ZAN can be used together with Sandokan Pro Attractins (Part
No. 7356), or Sandokan attractive synergist (Part No. 7355). The first one en-
hances it efficiency especially for daytime mosquitoes, the second one does
the same for night-time mosquitoes
- Switch the device off, and disconnect it from power mains.
- Remove device base by pushing the two plastic holders and pull the base (FIG. 3 - 4)
- Insert the attractant into the relative space. (FIG. 5)
- Install net inside the special sleeve again, and reactivate the device.
- Reposition the protections and turn on the Trap.
INSERTING AND CHANGING THE GLUE BANDS
- Switch the device off, and disconnect it from power mains.
- Remove device base (FIG. 3)
- Insert the glue bands in their supports (FIG. 6) with the glued side towards device inside.
- Reposition the protections and turn on the LEDs while disabling the electrified grid.
Change the glue bands when they are fully covered with insects and in any case every 30 days at
most.
