① Write PATTERN number to program in D2001 

 

② Write SEGMENT number to program in D2002

 

 

③ Write profile(TSP of process time etc.)in D2026~D2041 

 

④ Write WRITE TRIGGER('3') in D2007

 

 

⑤ Stay until reading D2008 response DONE('1')

 

Above process step ① ~ ⑤ is used to write ‘ONE SEGMENT’profile among all in programmed pattern. 
Reiterate ① ~ ⑤ process step by changing segment number to write many segments.
