: Being the breathing exercise.

: Adjust the target cycles per minute.
•
Inhale/Exhale
: Adjust the time for inhaling and exhaling.
•
Vibration
: Enable or disable vibration between inhale and exhale prompts.
•
Sound
: Enable or disable sound for the breathing exercise.
Food
Keep track of your calorie intake from food.
