Block address
: specify e-mail addresses to
reject e-mails from those addresses, and
activate or deactivate mail blocking.
Block subject
: reject e-mails which contain
subjects you specify, and activate or deactivate
mail blocking.

Email profiles
: select a network connection
profile to be used for sending and receiving
e-mails. You can also create or edit a profile.

Email accounts
: select an account to be used
and set up e-mail accounts. Press <
Options
>
and select
Edit
to access the following options:
Account name
: enter a name for the currently
selected account.
SMTP server
: enter the IP address or domain
name of the outgoing e-mail server.
SMTP port
: enter the SMTP port number.
Use SSL
: use the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)
protocol for accessing the SMTP server.
Retrieving server type
: select the protocol for
the incoming e-mail server. The remaining
options depend on the protocol type setting.
POP3 server
/
IMAP4 server
: enter the IP
address or domain name of the POP3 or IMAP4
server.
POP3 port
/
IMAP4 port
: enter the POP or
IMAP4 port number.
Use SSL
: use the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)
protocol for accessing the POP3 or IMAP4 server.
Keep in server
: leave copies of e-mails in the
server after retrieving.
IMAP4 retrieval option
: set whether the
phone retrieves only new messages or all
messages.
My address
: enter your e-mail address.
User name
: enter the user name for POP3 or
IMAP4 server connection.
Password
: enter the password for POP3 or
IMAP4 server connection.
Push message
(Menu 5.12.4)
You can change the settings for receiving push
messages from the wireless web server.

Receiving option
: set whether or not to receive
push messages from the web server.
•
Service loading
: set whether or not your phone
automatically launches the web brower to access
a push message as it comes in.
Broadcast message
(Menu 5.12.5)
Use this menu to change the settings for the
broadcast message service.

Receiving options
: enable or disable the
reception of broadcast messages.

Channel list
: indicate the channels from which
you wish to receive CB messages. To add a new
channel, remove the check mark from
All
channels
. Press <
Options
> and select
Add
channel
and set the channel ID information and
title.
