Keep a copy : leave the copies of your messages
in the Sent message folder after sending.
• SMS centre settings : select a profile to be used
for SMS or set up the SMS server. Press
< Options > and select Edit to access the
following properties:
Centre address : store or change the number of
your message server.
Validity period : set the length of time your
messages are stored in the SMS server.
Default type : set the default message type. The
network can convert messages into the selected
format.
Name : enter a profile name.

You can configure the e-mail settings.
• Sending options : set up the options for sending
e-mails:
From : enter a sender name.
Sending account : select the default account.
Priority : change the priority level of your
e-mails.
Request delivery report : set the network to
inform you when your e-mail has been delivered.
Request read report : request a report from
each recipient as to when your e-mail was read
by the recipient.
Include body when replying : set whether or
not the phone includes the original e-mail text in
a reply.
Keep in server : leave copies of e-mails in the
server.
Add signature : allow your signature to be
inserted to e-mails.
Add my contact details : allow your contact
information to be attached to e-mails.
• Receiving options : set up the options for
receiving e-mails:
Home network : determine if your phone
retrieves new e-mails automatically when you
are in your home service area.
Roaming network : determine if your phone
retrieves new e-mails automatically when you
are roaming in another network.
Reception within your home network or while
roaming has the following options:

Auto download : the phone automatically
retrieves e-mails from the server.
- Manual : the phone receives notifications first
from the server. Use the Retrieve option to
manually retrieve new e-mails.
Set download limit : determine the maximum
size for incoming e-mails. Your phone will reject
e-mails that exceed the specified size.
Send read report : determine whether or not
the phone sends a read-report to a sender.
You cannot change e-mail profile and account
settings while an e-mail is being sent or retrieved.
