Problem
Solution
No video is displayed.
Check if the resolution of the output device matches with the presenter.
(If the projector supports VGA, for instance, and the presenter has set the resolution
to XGA or SXGA, no image will be displayed on the screen.)

USB communication with the PC

Check if the SDP-960 program is installed on your PC properly.
