Section 5: LED Guide
Purpose of Each LED
The Network Extender for Business has 4 LEDs which are distinctly visible and labeled. The LED color could be either red or blue. Solid color indicates a permanent state and blinking LED
indicates a transient state unless there is a failure. A solid red LED usually indicates some issue while solid blue LED indicates normal operation.
The figure below shows the location of all the four LEDs.
LED Status Indicators
LED Purpose
Power To indicate if the power cable is plugged into the
Network Extender for Business.
System To indicate the overall readiness of the Network
Extender for Business to provide service.
GPS To indicate the status of the GPS function of Network
Extender for Business.
WAN To indicate if the Network Extender for Business has
proper Internet connection. It also indicates call
activity.
