Erase an Event
1.
In idle mode, press the
Menu
(left) soft key (
), then
press
(
Tools
) and
for
Today
.
The
Event
screen containing information about the
earliest event entered or scheduled for today appears in
the display.
2.
If more than one event is entered or scheduled for today,
use the left and right navigation keys to select the event
you want to erase.
3.
Press the
Option
(left) soft key (
). A pop-up menu
containing the following options appears in the display:
•
Add new
•
Edit
•
Erase
•
Erase All
Add new
is highlighted.
4.
Use the navigation keys to highlight
Erase
, then press
. You are prompted to confirm erasing the event.
5.
Use the navigation keys to highlight
Yes
to erase the
selected event, or
No
to cancel.
6.
Press
to confirm your selection.
•
If you selected
Yes
, “Erasing” appears on the display followed
by the
Scheduler
screen. (See "Scheduler" on page 136 for
more information.)
•
If you selected
No
, you are returned to the
Event
screen.
