Listening to Voice Message
When you access the
Voice
menu (
MENU 3-2-1-1
),
information about the latest voicemail, such as the
date and time when the mail was received and the
caller’s name or number, appears.
Select a message using the Navigation keys and:

Reading Text Messages
When you access the
Text
menu (
MENU 3-2-1-2
),
an indexed list of text messages displays. The first
message is the latest one. A symbol on the left of the
sender’s name or number indicates the status of the
message:

: Read messages

: Unread messages
• :
Urgent
messages
•
: Locked messages
Select a message using the Navigation keys and:
To

Delete

While reading a message, press the
MENU
key to
use the following options:
Reply
: allows you to send a reply message to the
sender.
Forward
: allows you to resend the message to other
people.
Delete
: deletes the message.
Save Number
: allows you to save the phone
number of the sender. For further details about
saving a number in your Phonebook, see page xx.
Protect
: allows you to keep the message from being
deleted. Locked messages are marked with the
icon on the list. They are not deleted until you unlock
by selecting this option.
