Function Description
P1~P8
Station ports for analog phones.
P1~P8 LED
These LEDs indicate the operation status of the ports.
- Off: The station is not active on a call.
- On: The station is active on a call.

Port 1 (Pins 1 & 2) supports Power Failure Transfer function

Do not connect devices with a total REN greater than 5.0 to this card.
3.5.10 MGI16
The MGI16 is a 16-channel Media Gateway Card. The MGI16 card provides a variety of Voice
over IP (VoIP) services for the OfficeServ 7100. This card is used for ITP/SMT-i phones, IP
networking, IP trunking or any application that require VoIP functionality.
NOTE: The MP10/MP10a processor cards have 8 MGI channels built-in. However, these
channels have to be activated with the appropriate license key entered in MMC 841

SPECIFICATIONS

The MGI16 does not require any daughtercards. It offers 16 VoIP channels (respectively)
on board.

The MGI16 can be installed in slot 1 or 2.
