Problem Cause Action
The turn table
rattles while
turning and is
noisy. Food residue is stuck to
the bottom of the oven. Remove any food residue
stuck to the bottom of the
oven.
Grill
Smoke comes out
during operation. During initial operation,
smoke may come from
the heating elements
when you first use the
oven. This is not a malfunction, and
if you run the oven 2-3 times,
it should stop.
Food is on the heating
elements. Let the oven cool and then
remove the food from the
heating elements.
Food is too close to the
grill. Put the food a suitable
distance away while cooking.
Food is not properly
prepared and/or
arranged. Make sure food is properly
prepared and arranged.
There is not sufficient
ventilation space for the
oven. Keep the ventilation space
specified in the product
installation guide.
Cautions for installation
While installing microwave oven, the ventilation opening of 50 mm at minimum
should be required between the rear wall and the floor of the installation cabinet.
In addition, 4 sides of microwave should be located at least 3 mm from a cabinet.
It is important to ensure that the installation of this product is in accordance with
the instructions in this manual and with the installation instructions for the oven
manufacturer. (Refer the installation manual)
CAUTION
If this manual is not observed, it can cause vapor inside the microwave oven,
which prevents foods from being checked while cooking. Furthermore, it can
trigger malfunction of the microwave oven.

key. If it occurs again, turn off the
microwave oven over 30 seconds
and try setting again. If it appears
again, call your local SAMSUNG
