Boneless Diced Chicken 150 g, Oil 3 tbsp., Corn
Starch 1 tbsp., Light soy sauce ½ tsp., Garlic chop

For Vegetables
Chop Ginger (1 inch) 13 g, Garlic (3 ea) 15 g,
Dried Chilli (cut 4 ea) 5 ea, Onion dice (1 ea)
50 g, Capsicum dice (½ ea) 26 g, Water chestnut
- (cut 4 ea) 40g, Roasted cashew - last after
cook 2 tbsp., Spring onion (cut 1 inch) - last
after cook 20g, , Sauce, Sesame oil ½ tsp., Chilli
paste 2 tbsp., Sichuan pepper powder ½ tsp.,
Corn Starch 1 tbsp., Brown sugar 2 tbsp., Light
soy sauce 2 tbsp., Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp., White
vinegar 2 tbsp., Water 30g
Mix and rub chicken ingredients well. Put it in the microwave
oven. Select this menu in autocook and press a
START
button.
When the beeps, take out it. Add all the sauce ingredients and
form a smooth paste. Then pour the sauce and vegetables into
the chicken, mix well. Put it in the microwave oven and press a
START
button again. After cooking, take out and sprinkle with
spring onion and cashew to serve.

Canned pineapple 10 cubes, Green capsicum -
slice 25 g, Onion - diced (1 ea) 80 g, Red Chilli
(1 ea) 20 g, Cucumber seeded and cut sticks
(½ ea) 60 g, Can pineapple with juice 80 g, Spring
onion cut 1 inch - last after cook 20 g
For Sauce
Chilli Sauce 3 tbsp., Tomato Sauce 3 tbsp., Oyster
sauce 2 tbsp., White Vinegar 1 tbsp.
Mix and rub chicken ingredients well. Put it in the microwave
oven. Select this menu in autocook and press a
START
button.

Cili Padi slice (8 ea) 20 g, White vinegar 1 tbsp.,

Water ½ cup
