Troubleshooting for communication error

When there is a communication error between the digital
electric meter and the power distribution unit, the error
message will be displayed as shown in the picture .

◆

Check if the communication cable is connected properly.

◆

Check if the PCB switch of the power distribution unit is set

correctly.

◆

Check if the communication protocol of the digital electric meter
is set properly.

When there is a communication error between the DVM
air conditioner system and the power distribution unit,
the error message will be displayed as shown in the
picture.

◆

Check if the communication cable is connected properly.

◆

Check if any errors are displayed on the outdoor unit.
