The UIM has two security codes, namely PIN1 code and PIN2 code (P.36).
For using "UIM (blue)" in the FOMA terminal, note that it has the following
differences from "UIM (green/white)".

For handling the UIM, take care not to touch or scratch the IC.
•
Attaching or removing forcibly may damage the UIM.
•
Be careful not to lose the removed UIM.

WORLD WING
WORLD WING is DOCOMO's FOMA international roaming service
that allows you to make/receive calls with the same phone number
overseas by attaching the UIM (green/white) into the FOMA terminal
compatible with the service.
•
If you subscribed to FOMA service on or after September 1, 2005,
separate subscription is not required. If you declined to use WORLD
WING at subscription to FOMA service or canceled it, you need
subscription again.
•
If you subscribed to the FOMA services before August 31, 2005 and
have not yet made an application to WORLD WING, you need to
make an application.
•
There are some unavailable charging plans.
•
If UIM (green/white) is misplaced or stolen overseas, immediately
contact DOCOMO and request for suspension of usage. Please see
"docomo Smartphone Care" on the last page of this manual for
contact information.
Be careful that you are charged also for calls and/or communications,
if any, occurring after misplacement or stealage.
