The current status of control loop monitoring is indicated by
bit 7 of the CHECK_BACK parameter. Contrary to bit 13, bit 7
is automatically reset when no further error is detected by
control loop monitoring. The function of bit 13 remains
unchanged. Messages are only issued by bit 7 if control
firmware version R 1.41 or higher is used.
The message "Warm start" indicated by bit 11 of the
DIAGNOSIS parameter is automatically reset after 10 sec.
In operating mode "Local override", bit 2 of the CHECK_BACK
parameter is set.

parameter OUT.
