Always disconnect the power supply and di-
scharge pressure before performing the following
operations
(follow the “correct procedure of
decompression”)
.
•
Release the plastic covering (
O2
).
•
Use a 19 mm spanner to unscrew the ring nut (
O1
) on the
feeding pipe in order to make the operation easier.
•
Remove the locking pin (
O5
) using pliers (
O6
).
•
Use a screwdriver (
O3
) to turn the motor(
O4
) until the piston
stem is at the bottom of its stroke and then move the rod
accordingly to remove it.
REPLACEMENT OF THE PUMPING GROUP’S GASKETS
• It is recommended to perform this
operation after having
cleaned the equipment.
• Unscrew the fixing ring nut
(
O7
), to the end of the thread
using a 45 mm spanner.
•
Unscrew the suction casing using a 32 mm spanner as illu-
strated. If necessary, remove the suction pipe (
O8
) by means
of a 19 mm spanner before performing other operations.
