7. Troobleshootings

24V LED = off
No power supply
Check the mains connection of the control
cabinet
Fuse out of order
Check the circuit breaker of the 24V= power
supply.
No pumping control
Cycle start selector at zero
Check cycle start selector
Incorrect external command
Check if external command is correct
Powder is not sucked in
at the drawing rod
No or insufficient air pressure
Check air pressure: 7 bar+/-1
Plugging at the drawing rod
Unplug the drawing rod or suction line
Powder does not come
out of the pump
Moisture of the powder
Check if the powder is not compacted
Output hose, suction hose or pump is blocked
Try to unclog the hoses by switching to clean-
ing mode
Sleeves, filters or gaskets are damaged
Replace sleeves and/or filter elements and/or
gaskets
Insufficient powder flow
rate
Air intake at filter elements and/or sleeves
Check o-rings, sleeves and filter elements
Damaged vacuum venturi
Replace venturi
Insufficient venturi control pressure
Check supply pressure and KK1 solenoid
valve
Control pressure of the sleeve valves too low
Check the pressure of the sleeves (approx. 4
bar)
Filter elements clogged
Check air quality and change filter elements
Protective filters are
clogged
Powder circulation in the air circuit
Check filter elements, sleeves and seals.
Replace damaged parts and check that the
pneumatic circuit is not damaged.
