Vise

더블 파워바이스, MDV 모델들의 형식 표기는 
아래와 같습니다.

더블 파워바이스는 내부의 증력장치에 의하여 
파악력을 극대화시키는 구조입니다. 아래 그림
과 같이 핸들을 돌리면 스크류바에 의하여 이동
죠 1번과, 이동죠 2번이 각각 화살표 방향으로 
움직입니다. 1번 이동죠가 공작물을 완전히 클
램프한 후 2번 이동죠가 이동합니다.(2번 이동
죠가 약 6mm 더 움직입니다.) 2개의 공작물이 
모두 클램프되며, 내부 증력장치를 작동하게 되
면 디스크 스프링의 압축력에 의하여 높은 파악
력이 발생하게 됩니다.

The double power vise, MDV is model coded 
as below.

The double power vise creates clamping 
force through an internal screwbar.  Jaw 2 
moves 6mm more than jaw 1 to facilitate 
double gripping of parts.

 MDV模型編碼如下。

双输入虎钳具有通过内部重力装置使夹持
力极大化的结构。 如下图所示,当转动
扳手时,移动卡爪1和移动卡爪2通过丝杠
作用各自向箭头方向移动。当移动卡爪1
完全夹紧工件后移动卡爪2移动。(移动卡
爪2多移动约6mm)。2个工件全部夹紧,内
部重力装置工作,盘簧被压缩而产生很强
的夹持力。
