Problems with gripping force

夹持力异常

파악 범위의 초과 및 이물질, 칩등이 끼어 불완전하
게 물려있다.

Oversized workpiece, workpiece not centered, 
debris or swarf on jaws or workpiece.

超出夹持范围,有异物和碎屑,夹持不完全。

죠, 슬라이드 부분을 깨끗이 청소한다.

Clean jaws and slide.

清扫卡爪和滑动部分。

부스터 연속동작

Non-stop booster activation

助推器连续动作

작동유 부족하여 내부의 에어 부스터가 연속 동작
된다.

A lack of hydraulic oil will cause the booster to 
operate continuously

因为不足启动油,连续动作内部的助推器

작동유 보충(VG-32)

주의) 작동유 보충시 입력되는 압력을 차단 후 보충
해준다. (Fig 9. 참조)

Refuel hydraulic oil (VG32) 
When replenishing oil, cut off pressure 
source(Fig 9)

启动油补充(VG-32) 
注意) 启动油补充时,停止压力后请补充(Fig 
9 . 参照)

악되지 않았다.

not completely clamped.

工件支持面有异物,或夹持不完全。

공작물 지지면을 청소하고, 필요에따라 청소를 반
복한다.

Clean the mounting surface and workpiece.

清扫工件支持面,必要时反复清扫。

공작물의 과도한 부상량

Excessive lift of workpiece

工件浮起太多。

공작물의 경사가 심하다.

Workpiece is off center.

工件倾斜严重。

죠를 적절히 가공하여 사용한다.(Page.14)

WRENCH BOLT M8

작동유(VG 32)

1. 증력 장치에 입력되는 압력을 차단합니다.
2. 작동유 주입구의 M8 볼트를 탈거 합니다.
3. 작동유를 주입 합니다. (VG-32, 오일량 : 20cc)
4. 작동유 주입구에 M8 볼트를 조립합니다.
5. 증력 장치에 원래 사용하던 압력을 넣습니다.

1. Shut off pressure supplied to the booster
2. Remove the M8 Bolts on a fuel inlet.
3. Fuel the hydraulic oil (VG-32, 20cc).
4. Assemble the M8 bolts on the fuel inlet.
5. Resupply pressure to the booster.

1 .切断增力装置的压力
2 .拆卸启动油主入口上M8螺栓
3 .请注入启动油( VG-32 , 油量 : 20cc )
4 .组装启动油主入口上M8螺栓
5 .请输入原来增力装置的压力
