Transmission v-belts

In order to perform adjustment of V-belts' tension follow the instructions: 

1.

 

Untighten nuts (1), and the remove bolts (2) (Fig. 9). To facilitate bolts (2) removal, slightly 

turn the tensioner with key (3) no. 36 counter-clockwise. 

2.

 

In order to tension the belt turn the tensioner with key (3) counter-clockwise and position, so 

as it is possible to put back bolts (2). Then check tensioning of the belts according to item 
6.2. The tensioner can be either tightened or loosened, if necessary. 

3.

 

Assemble  the  tensioner  in  a  reverse  order  as  the  procedure  given  in  step  1  above,  paying 

attention to bolt tightening torques from Tab. 4.
