Conveyor belt replacement and adjustment instruction 

Mower KDD 860/940 with conveyors must be suspended onto tractor. Lean the mower with 

use of upper connector (cylinder) maximally to the front – in order to increase the distance between 
conveyor and the ground. 

 

I.

 

Steps to be taken when transporting in operating position (horizontal). 

 

1.

 

Using a marker, mark lines on millimetre measures – decal 27 (if belts worked well). 

2.

 

Loosen  tightening  roller  mechanism  –  screws  M10  -  S

1

,  nuts  M12  –  N

2

  and  loosen 

adjustment screw M12 – S

2

Steps to be taken when transporting in vertical position. Mower shall be leaned to the front 

so the distance between conveyor and the ground is approx. 1 m.
