the appropriate tax(es) is automatically
calculated when the item is sold.

one group, enter the second or third reporting
group for the GROUPS and PLU BY GROUP
reports here. Note the following related

IS PLU A CONDIMENT
Condiments PLUs are different from non-
condiment PLUs in the manner they display
and print during operations. Non-condiment
PLUs are used for “main” items. Condiment
items are indented and displayed/printed
below a main item so that condiments or
cooking instructions are easily understood for
each “main” item.
