FIELD Notes
RATE
Enter the tax rate. If fractional, press the decimal
and up to three digits.
THRESHOLD
Enter the lowest amount where tax is charged.
HIGH HOLD
Tax is no longer charged after the amount entered
here.
GST(TAX6) IS TAXABLE
Indicate the tax number of any taxes that accrue on
the GST tax amount (tax on tax).
