CHAPTER 5 : CALIBRATION

1. Place a large flat plate or batons across the trolley’s weighing platter.

2. Press and hold the ON key and press UNIT key 3 times, display shows zero count, which should read

between 500 to 5000 counts.

3. Press TARE key.

4. Load an appropriate calibration span load (see Chapter 4) onto the center of the scale The display shows

the span count which should be between 4000 to 6000 counts.

5. Press TARE key, display shows “CAL” and then the calibration weight.

Note:  If the zero count is not within 500 to 5000, you will need to replace the resistor R1 on the PCB card

(Figure 8). This resistor will normally be 100K~300K.
