7 - MAINTENANCE
7.1 TRANSMISSION BELTS
Check the tension of the transmission belts as
indicated in point 4.3 (fig. 3 and 4 on page 17).
7.2 REPLACEMENT OF THE BLADE (see details on page 33)
Completely remove the lower casing by
unscrewing the screws provided (Fig. 24).
Insert the supplied wrench (1 Fig.25) on the left-
hand threaded nut that fixes the disc, then insert
the contrast wrench that holds the disc shaft
(2Fig.25).
By tapping on the wrench with a hammer,
unscrew the nut that fixes the disc and replace the
blade.
Make sure that at the end of the operation the
tightening of the nut guarantees the locking of the
circular disc (blade).
Rassemble the lower guard following the work
reverse action.
To unscrew the nut that locks the disc, it is
necessary to turn the nut clockwise with the
wrench. To screw the nut, which locks the disc, it
is necessary to turn the nut anticlockwise with the
wrench.
The machine must be stored in a dry environment.
Grease the blade with oil to prevent rust.
