n. Check for blow-by indicating airlock feeder components
(seals, end plate, etc.) worn out or damaged. To check for
blow-by, the machine will have to be on for operation.

remote cord for air only. Then block exit of air at feeder
outlet

wood) and check if air is blowing back up into the machine.

a. No material in hopper.
b. Transmission not in gear.
c. Check shear key

d. Check if slide gate is closed or adjusted in too far for material feed rate.
e. Object restricting flow in the machine.
f. Material hose plugged.

Look for materia fly in hoppeer indicating
that the airlock feeder seals or components
are allowing air to escape into the machine.
