Enter the name of the person concerned using the keypad keys. Press

The following options are available:

: to set up a new alarm.

: to see the alarm data.

: to change the alarm name or date.

DELETE
: to remove a birthday or organiser alarm.

RING TONE
: to set the ring tone that will sound when the alarm goes off.
