Remove the cover from the paper tray. Put in only as
much paper as will fi t under the raised limit mark-
ers on the upper edge of the paper tray (see also the
drawings on the cover of the paper tray). You can
load up to 250 sheets into the paper tray.

If you would like to print on an input sheet (for
example, forms or stationery), place the input sheet
face down in the paper tray, with the top of the page
toward the rear.

Forms that have been printed out by a laser
printer are not suitable for further printing.

ter entitled

paper tray into the fax machine all the way to the
stopping point.

Do not pull out the paper tray while the fax
machine is in the process of printing. Th

Loading Letter-sized or Legal-sized
Paper
In order for you to be able to load paper into the paper
tray in the letter or legal format, you must adjust the pa-
per tray to accommodate these formats. You can set the
width of the paper with the two movable borders located
in the rear portion of the paper tray. Th
e length of the
paper tray can be set with the arrow key located at the
bottom of the paper tray.
If you would like to copy from a document page onto
a diff erent paper size or if you are expecting faxes in
either letter or legal format, the table will show you the
percentage value for the enlargement or reduction.

For example, if you are going to receive a fax transmis-
sion in legal format that you would like to print out on
paper size A4, then set the device to 83 percent.
