6.1.2
WorkingArea
Prior to any assembly, an installation program should be established for each unit
with reference to HÜNNEBECK scheme design drawings.
At the commencement of work, an adequate area for the SAFESCREEN
®
assembly
process and access around it, must be prepared. This typically includes:
•
Zone 1: to build frames and full units, with suitable access around it (typical unit size is
12m long x 4.6m wide).
•
Zone 2: storage of equipment, items required for assembly.
•
Zone 3: workstation for platform assembly and plywood cutting (typical platform size
is 4.6m long x 0.9m wide).
•
Zone 4: storage for assembled frames and platforms.
• Zone 5: storage for fully assembled units (job specific requirements).
