equipment, consideration must be given
to the method of delivery (pre-assembled, part assembled, material only) as this will
ascertain which route is taken when delivering the screens.

•
Loose material only
•
Main / Secondary channels should be banded in segregated bundles referring to
the type and length, e.g.: Secondary Channels 812.5mm.
•
Stacking of items on top of the sheeting without any support across the frame on
the panels is forbidden.
•
Nuts and bolts return in one large stillage (no loose boxes on any delivery).
•
Perforated Panels are to be delivered in their custom designed pallets, Perf. Adj. Pan-
els (MK2) for example, or stacked flat on timber runners. Care must be taken to ensure
no damage occurs to the panels, in particular, the perforated sheets. Sleeves or secur-
ing packing should be used to avoid damaging panels when banding together.
•
Part assembled units
•
Units consist of three main elements, main frame, platforms and perforated
panels. Return of part assembled units may consist of assembled main frames
only, assemble platforms only or both.
•
Part assembled units should be loaded with the main frames taking up the base
of the vehicle and all items sat on top with timber chocks supporting them. SAFE-
SCREEN® units must be loaded on vehicle with mesh on top.

•
Fully assembled units
•
Units must always be loaded such that the perforated panels are on top and the
main frame sits on timber skids laid on the vehicle bed. SAFESCREEN® units must
be loaded on vehicle with mesh on top.
•
When delivering two units on one vehicle, the timber skids with approximately
length of the panels’ width should be positioned over each panel’s joint before
placing a second unit on top for paint protection and loading purposes. Timber
spreaders will need an additional notch at the centre as to not interfere with a
centre profile of Adjustable Outer Panel (MK2) and they need to be adequately
secured to the unit to prevent accidental movement. Strapping points should
be at timber skid position. Sleeves or securing packing should be used to avoid
damaging panels when strapping together.
•
Adjustable panels to be fully closed and secured (via fastening the securing
bolts), to ensure conformity with transport regulations.
•
Return Panels are to be delivered / returned unassembled.
•
Folding platforms to be folded and secure to the frame.
•
Spliced platform ends to be supplied separated from the main platform, to
ensure conformity with transport regulations.
