You may need to raise the headrest up to thread the
lower anchor belt.
The lower anchor belt adjuster can be
on either side.
Do not twist belt.

manual for lower anchor loca-
tions and lower anchor belt use.
7.
Tighten Belt
Place hand in child restraint. Firmly push down while pulling
free end of belt to tighten.
It may be easier to pull the back panel of the pad away from
shell and pull the free end of the belt parallel with the belt
path opening as shown.
NOTE:
Do not use any recline positions except to make the
child restraint flush against the vehicle seat back. Vehicle
seat back must be upright.
8.
Tighten Tether
Push fi rmly on the back of the
seat and pull the tether strap
to remove all slack and create
tension on the strap.
