10. Spare parts
Use only original spare parts. To order spare parts, refer to the catalogues or contact the SAER Technical Assistance
specifying the kind of pump, the serial number and the year of manufacture (all these data are to be found in the
identification plate).
This product is free from manufacturing defects.

Before starting, prime the pump filling it with water via the hole in the loading plug in the upper part of the
pump casing.
After a period of time sufficient in order to reach the steady state, it shall be necessary to verify the following conditions:
lack of vibrations or of anomalous noises;lack of changes in the delivery;value of the absorbed current by the motor
not higher than the one indicated on the plate. In presence of one (or more) of the above mentioned conditions, it shall
be necessary to stop the pump and to find the cause.
If the electropump remains inactive at low temperatures or, at any rate, for a period exceeding three months,
it is a good idea to empty the pump attraverso l’apposito tappo.
7. Maintenance
The FC series electric pumps can be considered free from routine maintenance. In case extraordinary maintenance is required,
get in touch with the SAER Technical Assistance. Do not modify the product without the necessary preventive authorization.
Before executing any operation, turn off the power and prevent it from being reconnected.
8. Decomissioning and disposal
At the end of the operating life of the pump/electropump or any of its parts, it must be disposed of in observance of
current regulations. This is also valid for the liquid contents, with particular regard if classified toxic or harmful.
