Cappuccinatore

This chapter explains how to use the milk Cappuccinatore
to prepare a cappuccino, a Latte Macchiato or to froth
milk.

Before

using

the

Cappuccinatore, clean it
thoroughly as described in
the

"Cleaning

and

Maintenance" chapter. Use
cold (~5°C / 41°F) milk
with a protein content of
at least 3% to ensure
top-quality

beverages.

Whole milk, skimmed milk,
soy milk or lactose-free
milk

may

be

used

depending

on

individual

taste.

Do not use any liquids
other than cleaning water
or milk.

9.7.1

Installing the Cappuccinatore

The Cappuccinatore must be suitably assembled based on
whether the machine is equipped with a coiner.

9.7.1.1

Cappuccinatore without
Coiner

The machine is normally installed without coiner. In this
case, the left-hand fitting must be installed on the
Cappuccinatore.

Insert the left-hand fitting in the Cappuccinatore.

The lower part of the
fitting is marked with the
letter "L".
