Coffee Length This section allows you to program the amount of coffee to be brewed for each selected
beverage.
The bar allows you to set the exact amount of coffee to be brewed (the value is
measured in turbine pulses).

Water Percent Coffee This section allows you to set the percentage of water (hot or cold) to be dispensed when preparing an
American coffee.
In short, if, when preparing an Hot American coffee or a Cold American coffee, Coffee Length is equal to 100
ml and Water Percent Coffee is equal to 30%, the machine will brew 30 ml of water (hot or cold) and 70 ml
of coffee.
