Warning signals How to reset the function NOTE
The capsule group has reached max. limit of products that can be dispensed without
washing.
The machine requires the washing of the capsule groups. (*)
HEATING PLEASE WAIT
The machine is warming up to brew beverages or dispense hot water.
Wait for the group to reach the desired temperature.

INSERT NEW
CAPSULE The machine checks whether a capsule is inserted by detecting the opening and
closing of the capsule tray.
Place a compliant capsule into the capsule tray. (*)
Energy saving mode
Touch the screen to
switch on Machine in Stand-by.
Touch the screen to switch on.
The machine does not detect water into circuits.
Press on image and wait for automatic priming procedure completition. (*)
Make sure there is water coming from the water NW.
If the message persists please contact the customer support. (**)
The machine is out of credits.
To brew products, contact the service provider to restore the credits.
11.3 Problems - Causes - Solutions
The following table indicates the possible error or alarm causes which may lead to a partial or total shutdown of the
appliance.
The icon of the Maintenance Technician in the “Notes / Recommended Intervention” box means that the operation must
be carried out by the Maintenance Technician only.

The machine does not switch on No voltage Check:

The display shows:
“EMPTY THE DRAWER” The used capsule drawer is full. Empty the capsule drawer and place
it back properly
No water or steam is dispensed The steam/hot water wand hole is clogged Clean it with a thin needle
Coffee is not hot enough
The machine has not yet reached the right
temperature Wait for the machine to reach the ideal
temperature
The machine requires too much time
to warm up, the water quantity is
reduced The machine circuit is clogged by
limescale Descale the machine.
