In a few moments the hot water will flow from the wand.
Do not let the water
overflow.
Once the desired dose is reached, press the "Hot water"
button again to stop brewing.

Steam dispensing
Danger
of
burning!
Dispensing
may
be
preceded by small jets
of
hot
water
and
steam.
Only hold the steam
wand by the anti-scald
protection.
Before dispensing steam make sure that:
• the machine is filled with water and ready for use
(warm-up cycle done);
• a suitable container is placed below the dispensing spout.
Place the steam wand
into
the
suitable
container.
Immerse the steam wand into the beverage/food to be
heated.
Open the steam knob as shown in chapter "Steam and hot
water knobs".
As soon as the steam reaches the desired temperature,
close the knob.
After each use, clean the
steam wand with a damp,
clean cloth/sponge from
any
residues
of
the
previously
heated
beverage/food.
When
the
boiler
conditions are optimal for
steam
production,
the
pressure
measuring
bar
cursor (2) turns green.
