Front light
If you do not find your front light already adjusted to the front of the bike, unpack the light from the accessory
box and install it using the hexagonal bolt and nut supplied. You will find the neces-sary tools in the tool bag in
the accessory box. Connect the plug of the lamp to the plug on the e-bike. Pay attention to the arrows on the
side.
2.11 Inserting the battery
If your battery is not already inserted, please follow the next steps.
You will find your e-bike battery packaged separately in your complete e-bike package. Unpack the battery and
remove any protective sticker from the battery contacts. Familiarise yourself with the locking mechanism of the
battery using the key. Before inserting the battery, make sure that the red main switch on the right side of the
battery is in the „O“ position. Place the battery on top of the battery slide and let the battery slide down as far
aspossible. If the battery is in the correct posi-tion, you can lock the battery with the key. Before each ride, check
that the battery is in the correct position. Do not ride with an unlocked battery!
Before switching on the e-bike via the control display, you must of course set the battery main switch to „I“
again.
3. OPERATION AND FUNCTIONS
Please read this section carefully. Before using the device for the first time, please contact your dealer to learn
more about the features of your electric bike.
1.
Put on your helmet and choose a quiet place away from cars, other bicycles, obstacles or risky
environmental conditions.
2.
Make sure the power switch is in the „off“ position and then raise your bike stand.
3.
Ride your electric bike for a test ride without motor assistance and adjust everything to suit you.
4.
Press the switch in the centre of the display control unit for at least two seconds to set your motor to
standby.
