MAINTENANCE
Before carrying out cleaning or mainte-
nance, make sure the power to the unit is turned
off.
If the filter requires cleaning, always make
sure it is repositioned correctly before starting
the unit.
In order to guarantee the degree of filtration efficien-
cy in compliance with the design values over time, it
is mandatory to establish a maintenance plan to be
drawn up according to the context of the final instal-
lation of the unit.
The maintenance plan must be drawn up for specific
operations as well as for the frequency of interven-
tion, the latter being dependent on the context of
installation for:
•
operating time
•
Amount of pollutants in the treated air; however, it
is considered sufficient to clean every 3/6 months
of operation under normal conditions
The RoUTINE MAINTENANCE operations depend on :
•
disconnection (power oFF) of the supply voltage
by means of the manually operated rotary switch
on the front of the board
•
Need to secure the above-mentioned manoeu-
vring device in an oFF position by means of a pad-
lock, access to which is the sole responsibility of
maintenance personnel trained for this purpose
•
Crystall filter access and removal
•
Procedure for discharging filter packs by means of
a screwdriver with an insulated handle to be slid
over the blades
Crystall filter access and removal
To access the inside of the unit, the panel must be
opened by unscrewing the screws with a screwdriver.
once the screws have been unscrewed, lower the
panel.
Lift the handles, one on each side, and pull out
the filter carefully, using protective gloves.
