ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
General warnings
Perform electrical connections in accordance
with laws and regulations in force in the country con-
cerned.
The unit must always be earthed.
The wiring diagrams do not address protective
grounding or other electrical protection which will
be required under local rules, regulations, codes and
standards or by the local electricity supplier.
Before installing the unit, make sure the rated volt-
age of the power supply is 230 V - 50 Hz.

Ensure that the electrical system is suitable for sup-
plying not only the operating current required by the
filter section, but also the current needed to power
appliances and equipment already in use.
Provide, for the product protection, a RE-
SIDUAL CURRENT DEVICE (RCD) with a nominal
residual operating current rating (Idn) not ex-
ceeding 30 mA.
Upstream of the unit, a disconnection switch must
be provided and shall have a contact separation in all
poles, providing full disconnection under overvolt-
age category III condition.
The minimum cross section of the electric wires is
0.75 mm².
We recommend the use of a 3G0.75 cable of the har-
monized type <HAR> whose replacement, in case of
damage, must be carried out by qualified personnel.
Connection instructions
The equipment has a dIN rail terminal block located
inside the electrical board and accessible through
the cable glands.
