WARNING:
Keep bare hands and feet away
from the blades. Wear non-slip, heavy-duty
gloves when handling the blades.
6. Insert a wood chock between the blade
and cutting deck to prevent the blade
from turning. Loosen the nut.
7. Remove the nut, curved spring washer,
and blade.
8. Remove any buildup of debris from the
cutting deck, especially around the blade
mounting bolt. Install the new blade,
curved spring washer, and nut.
9. Insert a wood chock between the blade
and cutting deck to prevent the blade
from turning. Hand-tighten the nut until
the blade is secured and does not shake,
then use a spanner to further tighten the
nut by 1.5 turns or 68–74 Nm of torque.
