STRAWBERRY GIN FIZZ

INGREDIENTS
100ml lemonade
60ml gin
1 tsp lemon juice
6 strawberries
5 ice cubes
METHOD
Put all ingredients into the blender jug, ice cubes last. Blend at low speed for 10 seconds, then
high speed for 10 seconds.
IRISH CREAM COCKTAIL

40g vanilla ice cream
½ tsp instant coffee
40ml Baileys or
Irish cream liqueur
3 ice cubes
