AUTO-SHUT OFF FUNCTION 

 

The iron features an extra safety feature which will shut down the iron automatically when 

not in use for a long period. When the iron was not in use for longer than 5 minutes, the 

steam level light will start flashing and the alarm will “beep” 3 times to shut off the iron. To 

restart the iron, please press the steam setting button and the iron will restart.

 

 

AUTO-CONTINUOUS STEAM FUNCTION

 

 

In  the  case  where  you  would  like  to  iron  with  steam  for  a  longer  period  to  get  out  very 

stubborn  creases,  you  can  press  the  steam  trigger  for  1  second,  then  the  iron  will 

automatically  and  continuously  steam  for  1  minute.  By  pressing  the  steam  trigger  once 

more will stop the continuous steam. 

 

By  pressing  the  steam  trigger  for  more  than  3  seconds  will  switch  the  steam  burst  to 

manual mode and the iron will perform as per normal and not on the automatic continues 

steam mode.

 

 

SELF-CLEANING

   

 

This function removes the scale and minerals built up in the Steam Chamber. The iron will 

remain in the best condition if this function is performed once every two weeks.  You may 

choose to use the function more frequently depending on the hardness of the water used 

or water available in your local area.   

 

1.  Make sure that the appliance is unplugged from the mains supply outlet. 

2. 

Fill the iron as described in “

How to Fill the Water Tank

” and fill the water tank with 

100ml of water.  Do not put vinegar or other descaling agents in the water tank. 

3.  Connect the iron with a suitable mains power supply outlet. 

4.  Hold the iron horizontally over a sink with water 

5.  By  pressing  the  steam  setting  button  for  3  seconds,  the  iron  will  be  on  stand-by 

mode and the auto-pump will start to heat up the iron to start the cleaning process. 

6.  Steam and boiling hot water will emit from the holes on the soleplate which    

contains  impurities,  scale, minerals and flakes (if any) that deposited in  the  Steam 

Chamber from previous use.
