The interface card includes the status indicator for each CE1 port and the Ready indicator
for sub card. Each CE1 port has one LINK indicator. .
Panel indicator description:

Solid on means the link is through, OFF not connected.
RDY
ON means the card initialization after power on is done.
OFF means the card initialization after power on is
unsuccessful.
