10.1 What if…
... the chimney draught is inadequate and/or smoke spreads into the room?

Is the door closed?

Is the smoke regulator* open?

Is the chimney pre-heated?

Are combustion air regulator* and slider open?

Is the CMV (controlled mechanical ventilation) in the kitchen switched off?

Is the CMV in the toilets switched off?

Is the wood for the fire of good quality?

Is any unauthorised fuel used?
If all of the aforementioned questions are answered with "YES" , then please consult your dealer and
describe the problem in detail.
... the room is inadequately heated?

Are all air vents* open?

Is the door closed?

Is the smoke regulator* reduced to at least 50%?

Is the combustion air regulator reduced to at least 50%?

Is the fire burning with bright flames (no smouldering fire)?
If all of the aforementioned questions are answered with "YES" , then please consult your dealer and
describe the problem in detail.
... the fire burns too quickly and cannot be regulated?

Is the door closed?

Is the smoke regulator* reduced to at least 50%?

Is the combustion air regulator reduced to at least 50%?
If all of the aforementioned questions are answered with "YES" , then please consult your dealer and
describe the problem in detail.
... soot builds up very quickly on the ceramic glass?

Is the wood for the fire of good quality?

Is the smoke regulator open by at least 30-50%?

Is the combustion air regulator* open in line with the operating conditions?

Is the combustion air slider* open in line with the operating conditions?
