RTiDOCK STATUS
During installation and troubleshooting, it may be necessary to check the status of
the RTiDock.
STATUS INFORMATION
• Version - Firmware version running on the RTiDock.
• IP Address - IP address assigned to the RTiDock.
• MAC Address - Unique identifier assigned to this RTiDock for Ethernet
communications on the network. (NOTE: the MAC address is not configurable).
CHECK RTiDOCK STATUS
1) Bring up the RTiDock interface on your TV or RTI controller.
2) Using the remote control cursor controls, navigate to the MAIN MENU.
3) Select STATUS.
