Instruction Type: input

The EGR instruction is a retentive input instruction that triggers an event to
occur one time. After the false-to-true rung transition (when the processor
scans the rung), the EGR instruction remains true for one program scan and
stores the TRUE value to the parameter.

Following table shows change of the data table of storage bit according to
change of the rung state.
