Instruction Type: output

The HSCC instruction resets the HSC and allows a specific value to be written
to the HSC accumulator.

Specifies which the HSC is being used (HSC0, HSC1, HSC2, HSC3, HSC4,
HSC5)

Setting value. Input the value directly or input data table.
The data range is from -2,147,483,648 to 2,147,483,647.
